Why She's Hot: She was the Cosby kid with attitude.  Best known for her role as Denise in The Cosby Show, she was one of the main reasons I watched that show as a kid.  She had so much sass. 

11. Kathy Ireland

Why She's Hot: Starting in 1984, she appeared in 13 consecutive Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issues.  In 1989 she appeared on the 25th Anniversary Swimsuit edition, which became Sports Illustrated best selling swimsuit issue to date.

Why She's Hot: Demi Moore was at her hottest in the 80's no questions asked.  Before her acting career, she modeled nude for Oui magazine in 1980.  She then went on to star in Blame it on Rio (1984), St. Elmo's Fire (1985), and the movie that established her a star, About Last Night (1986).

Why She's Hot: Best well known for starring in 1982's Fast Times at Ridgemont High, film critic Roger Ebert recognized her in his review and said, "Don't they know they have a star on their hands?" He was right, Leigh went on to become a successful and recognizable actress well into the 90's.

Already an icon from Charlie's Angels (1976-1980), Farrah Fawcett was the pinup girl in every guys bedroom in the late 70's and early 80's.  In 1981 she starred in the hit comedy film Cannonball Run.  She won critical acclaim for her dramatic role in 1983 for the controversial play Extremities.  The following year she earned her first of her four Emmy Award nominations for The Burning Bed.

Why She's Hot: Starting her career as an actress in 1980, and starring in films such as Irreconcilable Differences, King Solomon's Mines, and Above the Law, this blond bombshell babe gained mainstream success in 1990's Total Recall. This babe will certainty be in the "Hottest 90's List" as well.

Why She's Hot: Having a breakout role in 1983 in the film Scarface as Al Pacino's smokin hot trampy wife.  She continued her success in the early 90's playing a very memorable Catwoman, but we'll save that for the next list.

Why She's Hot: A model and an actress, she grabbed the whole world attention by acting in 1980's The Blue Lagoon, and soon became a household name.  A fashion icon for many teen girls, and a pinup girl for teenage boys, Brooke Shields was the all American girl.

 Why She's Hot: In 1983, she starred in Flashdance, where she plays a welder by day, and a stripper by night.  Whether it was the scene where she doused herself in water at the strip club, or trying out to be a ballerina, she was the small town girl we all loved.

Why She's Hot: Many consider her to be the worlds first supermodel.  Her success as a supermodel landed her many roles in television and film. Being on countless magazine covers, this sizzlin babe made her debut in Playboy in 1988.

Why She's Hot: She is perhaps the biggest heartthrob of the 80's.  Starring in 1982's Fast Times at Ridgemont High, she did the most iconic nude scene of the decade.  From then on, she was in every teenage boys dreams.

Why She's Hot: She gained worldwide fame beginning in the late 1970's with three consecutive Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue covers through 1981.  She spent 25 years as the face of CoverGirl, and has appeared on over 500 magazine covers.  Many of you might remember her from the 1983 film Vacation, as she tried to seduce Chevy Chase by stripping down naked by the poolside.
